Who we are

We're Juli and Nathi Daum, twin sisters and the founders of doubledown.

We work with ambitious founders to turn early ideas into brands, products and companies people understand, trust and want to use.

We believe the best ideas deserve all-in execution.

What we do

Think of us as your startup starter package.

We design the things an early-stage company needs to get off the ground: the brand, the product experience and the website around it.

Our core is product and UX/UI design. Around that, we build the visual identity, digital touchpoints and design systems that make the whole company feel like one thing.

Product
Product thinking, UX/UI, prototypes and design systems.
Brand
Positioning, visual identity and the system around it.
Web
Websites designed and built to actually ship.
Story
Pitch decks and the materials that help explain what you're building.

How we work

Close to the founders
We work directly with the people building the company. Fewer layers mean faster decisions, better context and less getting lost in translation.
From thinking to making
We don't separate strategy from execution. We question the idea, make the decisions and then turn them into something tangible.
In the real thing
Whenever possible, we design where the product will actually live. Interactive prototypes, working frontends and real flows instead of static screens that still need to be interpreted later.
Small team, full ownership
You always work with both of us. We stay involved from the messy beginning through the details that make the final thing feel right.
Dedicated and fast
We like to work in focused sprints, with close feedback loops and quick iterations. You see the work early, we make decisions together, and keep moving instead of disappearing for weeks before a big reveal.
