THE CHALLENGE

While growth ambitions were high, the existing digital stamp card (Apple Wallet)—powered by Lightspeed—was too limited to drive scalable, engaging loyalty experiences. To strengthen customer retention and boost revenue, LAP needed a custom mobile app - focusing on core loyalty features, without compromising on brand and user experience.

OUR WORK

As Product Manager, I led the concept and design of the MVP app. I was responsible for feature prioritization, UX design (wireframes & flows), and provided strategic support in shaping the loyalty mechanics. The goal: a simple yet delightful app that users love to open every morning.
My role focused on the MVP design phase, after which the team continued discussions and ultimately decided to postpone the app launch.
