Real estate decisions are full of friction. Platforms like ImmoScout or Check24 offer listings or calculators — but they’re complicated and not very user-friendly. Auctoa had a vision: create a truly user-centric tool that puts market transparency in everyone’s hands. Start from zero and launch an AI chat that’s actually helpful — fast.

OUR WORK
We joined forces with Auctoa to bring their vision to life — fast. In just a few days, we aligned on product scope, UX flow, and visual direction, then built and shipped a functional MVP: a public AI chat that makes real estate advice simple, structured, and accessible.
We designed a modular chat experience that flexes across use cases — from property valuation to sales and financing. The frontend is built in React and hosted as a lightweight web app, with logic handled via n8n webhooks. We defined a clean UI system, and created smart entry points with pills showing potential questions that adapt to context.
On top of that, the architecture is designed for scale — with variant parameters, local session memory, and multi-topic expansion already baked in.
The result: Auctoa's first product is already live and delivering value. The MVP proves what’s possible — and lays the groundwork for a multi-layered AI assistant that grows with user needs.
